Bloom Training Centre assists and empowers women at risk through vocational training and employment. We work in partnership with aftercare shelters that rescue and house victims of trafficking in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to offer students valuable skills that lead to long-term employment, breaking the cycle of trafficking and restoring dignity and value.
